- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and analysts to capture and document their needs - Convert documented requirements into effective Salesforce solutions - Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports - Manage the comprehensive solution design and configuration lifecycle, adhering to Salesforce best practices - Oversee the implementation of enhancements and new features within the SFDC application suite, emphasizing declarative solutions - Provide training and support for end users on Salesforce and complementary sales and marketing tools - Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders to discuss project status, troubleshoot issues, and craft creative solutions - Implement best practices related to Salesforce release management and oversee the deployment of changes - Create and sustain documentation pertaining to business processes, requirements, and application setup - Identify inefficiencies within the system, resolve operational challenges, and seek opportunities for enhancements - Support the governance framework by collaborating with system partners to minimize organizational disruption - Stay informed about Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to proactively suggest improvements - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management efforts - Collaborate on projects spanning multiple Salesforce clouds as necessary
