Requirements

Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Windows and Mac computers - Familiarity with installing and supporting both wired and wireless networks - Experience in managing Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Teams, and Office - Background in administering Windows Server Active Directory - Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong troubleshooting capabilities - Proven ability to maintain a positive service-oriented attitude - Capacity to establish rapport and promote products/services to potential clients/partners - Associates degree in Information Technology preferred; Bachelors degree is a plus - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Server Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, Security+ are advantageous

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction - Provide both remote and onsite technical assistance to clients - Document and address incoming service requests and alerts, including necessary escalations - Respond promptly to phone inquiries and service tickets - Utilize required software to fulfil customer service requests - Contribute to the development and upkeep of systems, installation, and configuration standards - Share knowledge with team members to enhance overall support capabilities - Adhere to internal security protocols and procedures for CMIT customers - Be open to mentorship and training opportunities to boost personal growth - Approach technical challenges with a focus on identifying root causes and achieving resolutions - Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of incidents and any upcoming changes or outages - Perform other assigned duties as needed - Represent CMIT Solutions in a professional manner
