Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience providing support in Windows and Mac environments (MDM experience is a plus)
- Hands-on skills in setting up and managing networks including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience in troubleshooting server and infrastructure challenges
- Previous work experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication abilities to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner
- Strong inclination for independent problem-solving without needing constant supervision
- Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships
- Adaptable and thrives in a less structured environment, enjoying the creation of processes
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-growth atmosphere
- Willingness to travel to local client sites as required
- Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various client environments
- Provide support for both Windows and Mac systems
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services
- Set up and maintain networks, firewalls, switches, and connectivity solutions
- Diagnose and address server-related challenges
- Act as an escalation point for more intricate technical issues
- Offer guidance and support to junior technicians, enhancing team performance
- Contribute to defining and refining processes, documentation, and service delivery standards as the organization evolves
- Interact directly with clients to deliver timely updates, recommendations, and solutions
- Participate in on-site client visits when necessary
