Requirements
Must:
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience with incident and issue management processes
- Proven skills in multi-tasking and prioritizing, particularly under pressure
- Established communication experience with internal and external customers, both in-person and virtual
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all customer-facing environments, including Production, Certification, New Release, and Disaster Recovery
- Address and resolve issues within these environments promptly
- Escalate incidents to the appropriate next level of support as per developed guidelines
- Provide accurate reporting of incidents to management
- Learn and implement triage and recovery protocols for various applications
- Utilize monitoring tools to maintain system stability and ensure timely incident acknowledgment
- Gain understanding of application workflows and overall functionality
- Identify and initiate process improvements
- Document event timelines for incident reporting and post-event analysis
