Requirements
Must:
- Basic understanding of Linux systems
- Experience with incident and issue management processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Established communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in various settings
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Oversee all customer-facing environments within the Clearing & Trading units, including Production, Certification, New Release, and Disaster Recovery
- Address and resolve system and application issues in designated environments
- Promptly escalate concerns according to departmental guidelines to the appropriate support levels
- Provide accurate incident reports to management
- Learn and implement triage and escalation protocols along with recovery procedures specific to each application and business area
- Utilize monitoring tools and company systems to maintain system stability and ensure incidents are promptly acknowledged
- Gain knowledge of application workflows and their overall functionality
- Identify and implement improvements to processes for greater efficiency
- Document incident timelines for reporting and post-event analysis
