Requirements
Must:
- Proven proficiency in Java development, demonstrating expertise in building and maintaining high-availability systems.
- Significant experience with Python, specifically in creating enterprise-grade tools within a Linux environment.
- Strong understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) database architectures.
- Practical experience utilizing Google Cloud Platform services to create scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Capable of independently driving tasks to completion while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Exceptional ability to clearly convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance high-performance integration and performance testing tools crucial for enterprise-wide quality.
- Spearhead the strategic integration of innovative automation frameworks across the organization to speed up delivery cycles.
- Navigate and optimize intricate messaging protocols, middleware, and APIs to guarantee seamless connectivity and superior performance.
- Optimize essential code for maximum efficiency, providing in-depth technical insights during code reviews and ensuring flawless build deployments.
- Proactively identify and resolve defects, conducting thorough root cause analyses to fortify our systems against failures.
- Utilize approved AI tools to drive innovation in shared services automation and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform vague requirements into precise, impactful technical solutions.
