Requirements

Must:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, and/or Malware Analysis - Proficiency with forensic tools including KAPE, EnCase, Cellebrite, FTK, Magnet Axiom, and Autopsy - Familiarity with malware analysis tools such as Ghidra, Ida Pro, PEStudio, and x64dbg - 2-4 years of experience with SIEM tools like Q Radar, Sentinel, Splunk, Chronicle, or ArcSight - Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including networking and operating systems in relation to Cybersecurity - Programming experience in Python, particularly for data manipulation using Pandas and framework integrations with security tools - Practical experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure - BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Security; non-technical degrees considered with relevant experience/certifications - Desired certifications include GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, OSCP, Sec+, and similar cyber certifications

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of incident response from initial assessment to final resolution, utilizing skills in endpoint forensics and malware analysis - Perform consistent threat hunting to uncover misconfigurations, security gaps, and unusual activities - Leverage AI, Python, and REST APIs to create and enhance security tools as needed, collaborating with automation engineers for complex solutions - Facilitate regular tabletop exercises to bolster team preparedness - Continuously update and maintain our internal repository of incident response documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy
