IT service delivery specialist

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or related IT support roles - Familiarity with IT support areas including PC, applications (preferably manufacturing systems), telecommunication (iPhone, Lync, Polycom, Cisco), and networking protocols (PC / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, Bridging, etc.) - Experience with IT Ticketing Systems (e.g., Service Now, Cherwell), desktop applications, and wireless networking - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, and server roles including DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 2010-Current, and Skype for Business - Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions - Capable of planning, prioritizing, and driving issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept to completion - Proficient in collaborating across various non-technical and technical functional groups - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at communicating at all organizational levels - Competent in navigating a global, multi-site, and cross-functional organization - Team-oriented and effective in contributing to a collaborative environment - Strong time management capabilities - Able to work in diverse environments (office, mill, recycling yard) and varying weather conditions - Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds - Willingness to be available for on-call hours - Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time - Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
