Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or similar position, focusing on S&OP or supply chain planning.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with SQL-based planning tools; experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into practical insights.
- Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating successful improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across various teams and organizational levels.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Knime).
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance of current SQL-based planning tools to ensure their reliability and precision.
- Analyze ongoing SIOP processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas needing enhancement.
- Develop and suggest initiatives to optimize operations, enhance data quality, and aid decision-making.
- Manage stock inventories, keep meeting schedules up-to-date, collaborate with IT on master data concerns, and oversee data consistency.
- Work with IT to troubleshoot system problems and manage access to reports, data, and systems.
- Collaborate with teams from sales, marketing, finance, IT, and operations to collect requirements and implement process modifications.
- Educate the team on utilizing reports and ad hoc analyses, recognize new reporting needs, and apply best practices.
- Provide training and continuous support to users of SIOP tools, enabling them to use these tools proficiently.
