Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT
- Strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Networking, Identity Access Management, and Security Policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Solid experience with Windows Server and Linux systems
- Knowledge in managing backup solutions and implementing disaster recovery
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support
Responsibilities
- Oversee Azure and Microsoft Active Directory administration including Group Policy and Identity & Access Management
- Maintain and optimize Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, and Security configurations
- Administer both Windows and Linux servers, ensuring optimal system performance
- Manage patch compliance and system health ensuring timely updates
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard systems
- Manage and evaluate backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies to assure data continuity
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or similar tools
- Assist in the deployment of Power Automate and Logic Apps for enhancing workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with the DevOps Manager to integrate infrastructure needs with automation and cloud project initiatives
- Provide support to end-users and internal teams regarding system-related inquiries
- Coordinate with Managed Service Providers and vendors for troubleshooting and system upgrades
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing backups and disaster recovery systems, as well as optimizing environments both in the cloud and on-premises.
