Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Power BI developer, creating visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
- Experience working with Power BI Gateways to connect directly to data/data warehouses.
- Proficient in tools such as SQL data warehousing, PolyBase, Visual Studio, and similar technologies.
- Ability to integrate Power BI reports into various applications utilizing embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS) or API automation.
- Knowledge of integrating Power BI with SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI (or comparable BI tools), Power Query, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of developing, publishing, and scheduling refreshes of Power BI reports aligned with business requirements.
- Experienced in troubleshooting data flow issues and iterating solutions as necessary.
- Proficient in connecting to data sources, importing, and transforming data for Business Intelligence purposes.
- Familiarity with SQL and DAX queries/formulas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across various platforms.
- Effective time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, analytics, or economics.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in data gathering and analysis.

- Collaborate with the Director to structure and visualize extensive data sets, providing insights that drive business performance.
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making.
- Work alongside the Director of Strategy and Analysis to create new dashboards and enhance existing reports.
- Establish key performance indicators to evaluate current program performance and assess the impact of new business strategies.
- Analyze large data sets, create effective data visualizations, and derive actionable insights.
- Manage the development, publication, and refresh scheduling of Power BI reports to comply with organizational needs.
- Strategically design data flows, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes as required.
