Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of diverse experience in Information Technology
- At least 5 years in an executive IT role, such as CIO or similar leadership
- Proven ability to lead IT teams of over 20 members
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience in software and application development, particularly with Agile methodologies
- Extensive experience in managing IT vendors and service providers
- Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR regulations
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and virtualized environments
- Experience with major System Development Methodologies and tools like JIRA
Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of IT systems and services for the organization
- Collaborate with Business Heads to develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Serve as an Executive Team member, advocating for streamlined IT services
- Oversee operational infrastructure and its alignment with strategic goals
- Innovate and implement automated monitoring processes for key applications
- Guide IT project management and accountability for major development projects
- Establish IT security measures and maintain a robust cybersecurity profile
- Manage budget and costs for IT initiatives and personnel
- Choose and deploy technologies to enhance internal operations and customer experience
- Foster a strong team culture and build high-performance teams
