IT Support Specialist - Helpdesk & Windows

- I provide first- and second-level technical assistance to office personnel, field staff, and remote employees. - I troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and point-of-sale applications utilized by our sales and production teams. - I support the onboarding of new employees, including device setup, system access, and orientation on our technology. - I assist installers and field teams with connectivity, application issues, and job site technology needs. - I install, configure, and support essential business applications used by C&L Ward, such as CRM, scheduling, production, and communication tools. - I manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email access, shared mailboxes, and security settings. - I maintain and support printers, shared drives, network storage, and cloud-based tools utilized across different departments. - I help monitor and maintain our company networks across various branches. - I support Wi-Fi, VPN access, firewalls, and network equipment as directed by IT leadership. - I coordinate with vendors and service providers as required for internet, phone systems, and hardware repairs. - I keep accurate records of equipment, software licenses, user accounts, and IT inventory. - I document recurring issues, solutions, and internal processes for future reference. - I track the lifecycle of computers, devices, and peripherals to assist in planning for upgrades and replacements. - I support cybersecurity initiatives, including multi-factor authentication, phishing prevention, and password policies. - I perform regular software updates, antivirus checks, and patching of systems. - I work to ensure our company data remains protected, backed up, and accessible to authorized personnel. ###
