Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst or application consultant, with a focus on Oracle Fusion CX and/or CPQ Cloud.
- Strong understanding of sales quoting, pricing, and approval processes within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Practical experience configuring Oracle CPQ rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with integration tools (OIC, REST APIs) and reporting platforms (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in CX or CPQ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion CX (Sales, Service, and Subscription Management) and Oracle CPQ Cloud to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance quoting, approval, and pricing workflows.
- Design and maintain product, pricing, and discount rules within Oracle CPQ, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various business units.
- Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor quote conversion rates, pricing accuracy, and customer experience metrics.
- Participate in testing, training, and rollout activities for system updates and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with Oracle Support when necessary.
- Monitor quarterly updates of Oracle Cloud and recommend the adoption of new features and best practices.
