Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT Consulting is essential
- Proficiency in Windows Server Support, Group Policy, and Active Directory is required
- Experience in supporting desktop hardware is necessary
- Microsoft 365 Implementation, Administration, and Support experience is mandatory
- A minimum of a two-year college or vocational technical degree is needed, along with 3+ years of professional experience, or 5+ years of experience supporting computer end users and operating systems
- Familiarity with MSP environments and ticketing systems is required
- Strong communication skills focused on customer service, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and hardworking with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork
- Capability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Scripting or programming experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support to our clientele
- Manage support tickets through our service platform
- Deliver exceptional customer service with timely and precise assistance
- Implement and support network, security, and desktop solutions
- Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software, including upgrades and maintenance
- Set up and support various Cloud Services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Cyber Security solutions to safeguard our clients
- Offer application support to users across a range of software applications
- Maintain general systems administration and documentation for our clientele
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors regarding hardware, software, and system implementation
- Research and develop solutions for client inquiries
- Monitor and manage systems proactively
- Collaborate with team members to identify issues and formulate solutions
