Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Desired certifications: Azure Security Engineer (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-505)
- Knowledge of FedRAMP and CMMC certification or CMMC professional (CCP) is preferred
- Familiarity with developing solution architectures within an agile development environment is advantageous
- Experience in deploying multi-cloud architectures is preferred
- Proficiency in English is essential due to the communication requirements with customers, teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of intellectual property (CUI-ITAR, Prototype)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the feasibility of complex enterprise architecture concepts and develop practical implementation strategies to meet business needs
- Analyze existing application, technology, and data environments to identify critical deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Oversee the design and management of major mission-critical applications, infrastructure, and data models
- Ensure that solutions adhere to requirements for integrity, scalability, availability, reusability, audit, and disaster recovery
- Design and implement secure cloud network architectures, incorporating firewalls, network security groups, and role-based access control (RBAC) policies
- Deploy and maintain advanced security controls, such as Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
- Implement Zero Trust network architecture and micro-segmentation to minimize the risk of breaches
- Utilize tools like Terraform or Bicep in a DevOps environment to automate secure cloud network infrastructure provisioning
- Engage in incident response design, development, testing, and participation in tabletop exercises
