Requirements
Must:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Bachelors degree is preferred
Responsibilities
