Technical Business Analyst - IM Health Plans

- Utilize in-depth application knowledge to support Business, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Human Resources functions - Oversee tasks related to business analysis and the project management lifecycle - Act as an IT Analyst subject matter expert during the execution phase of the Project Management Life Cycle - Determine stakeholders impacted by changes and assess their influence and authority - Implement risk assessment methods to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks - Facilitate meetings and manage requirements workshop planning - Perform feasibility analysis by gathering detailed information reflecting stakeholder needs - Communicate and manage the requirements change process and ensure traceability - Identify current system capabilities and highlight areas for improvement - Apply business process modeling, data modeling, and system modeling techniques - Understand technology infrastructure and its integration for data sharing - Compose use cases, activity and sequence diagrams, as well as data dictionaries and entity relationship diagrams - Ensure all project life cycle stages are completed and support staff are trained before deployment - Review user interface usability to enhance task completion - Lead testing activities for all assigned applications, ensuring they meet requirements and performance standards - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer needs promptly - Support training sessions for users and colleagues, contributing to their ongoing development
