Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline - Extensive technical expertise in Enterprise Application/Integration Design and Development of systems, databases, operating systems, and Information Services - Excellent communication abilities and experience in developing and guiding technical teams - A minimum of five (5) years of development experience in a corporate setting is mandatory - At least two years of supervisory experience in leading development teams is preferred - Proficient in Design and Coding practices - Familiarity with industry-standard web platforms (JAVA, .NET/C#), Integration Middleware, Automation (RPA and Test Automation), Microsoft Internet Information Server, Linux, Apache, and Unix - Experience collaborating with both internal and external clients for work coordination and solution design - Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is preferred

Responsibilities

- Meet the expectations outlined in the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders - Serve as the primary representative during various implementation phases, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization - Lead focus area workgroups while overseeing relevant processes - Manage communication among application teams as necessary; facilitate application and cross-application work sessions - Work collaboratively with application and compliance teams to create effective system processes - Act as a customer liaison, engaging with end-users and business contacts to understand needs and convey requirements and timelines - Stay informed about Epic, including Nova release notes, User Forum, Galaxy, and other documents published on the Epic User Web - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation; keep current with the latest features and functions to streamline the focus area for efficiency gains - Maintain expert knowledge of all technologies relevant to assigned job responsibilities - Collaborate with Application teams, including Application Development and Business Process Owners, to design, develop, and uphold application aspects within set policies and requirements - Seek professional growth and development through personal reading, seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to stay updated with field trends - Provide technical development insight and implementation relating to existing applications aligned with architectural strategies at an enterprise level - Follow directives or may take the lead in specific areas to support the realization of CHRISTUS comprehensive information systems strategy corresponding to their organizational vision in both strategic and tactical plans - Contribute to team adoption, execution, and integration of strategies to achieve optimal and efficient delivery - Lead the evaluation of proposed system acquisitions or solution developments, offering input on compatibility, cost, resource requirements, operations, and maintenance - Spearhead the creation of standards, design, and implementation of proactive processes for data collection and reporting on assigned systems - Guide the research, design, development, and implementation of applications, databases, and interfaces using provided technological platforms - May be required to work outside regular hours and during critical outage events on-call rotation - Perform additional duties as assigned
