Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- For candidates without a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of experience is mandatory

Responsibilities
- Uphold the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
- Offer advanced technical troubleshooting and support for IT systems within the designated engineering area
- Aid in configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and daily operation of IT services
- Engage in identifying root causes for escalated issues and collaborate with staff on solutions
- Conduct system checks, health monitoring, and readiness activities for operations
- Lead or participate in project tasks and implementation efforts as directed by leadership
- Develop and manage documentation for system changes, troubleshooting processes, and technical guidelines
- Adhere to established engineering standards, security protocols, and change management procedures
- Enhance technical skills through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience to advance in the engineering career path
Description
We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer I to join our team, where we prioritize operational support, advanced troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the stability and reliability of our enterprise platforms. We offer a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
