IS Business Support Specialist - IM Business

- Act as a liaison between Information Services, end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors - Provide application support and optimization under the supervision of IS Business Support Specialists II or Sr. - Document business issues and workflows to support customer needs - Collaborate with customers for analysis, documentation, and implementation of projects - Assist in documenting processes and requirements to fulfill customer needs - Work with the Ministry Business Relationship Management team for project intake and analysis - Facilitate customer discussions and participate in cross-team collaboration - Support IS Business Support Specialists II and Sr. in project management tasks - Coordinate across ministries to enhance standardization and efficiencies - Promote access to remote tools for applications hosted by CHRISTUS Health - Proactively improve expertise in applications and systems - Deliver clear project status reports for stakeholder communication - Conduct process mapping and gap analysis under supervision - Maintain organizational standards for system configuration and change control - Collaborate with technical teams to address infrastructure-related issues - Ensure stringent adherence to change management processes - Deliver comprehensive written documentation to end-users - Manage low to medium complexity projects and requests - Maintain quality standards for own work and that of others - Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities - Identify new opportunities and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment - Provide excellent customer service through effective communication - Perform additional duties as assigned and manage multiple priorities effectively.
