Requirements
Must:

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and related expertise
- Ability to make decisions on routine tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience collaborating with senior team members for solutions
- Mentorship capabilities for team members in functional or application areas
- Relevant certifications in the area of focus are preferred
- For Epic Analysts: Certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module (to be obtained within 6 months of employment)
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and business processes to fulfill operational and technical needs
- Collaborate with other teams and projects to ensure cohesion
- Think creatively and present practical solutions to challenges
- Provide oversight and project management for assigned tasks
- Maintain a strong level of expertise to support projects and teams, while actively seeking to improve and acquire new knowledge
- Utilize application training and resources effectively to guide newer team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer usability and experience based on operational insights
- Represent user needs in complex system updates and enhancements
- Deliver clear and organized status reports to stakeholders
- Conduct thorough process and requirement analyses to deliver cross-team solutions
- Perform gap analyses and offer actionable recommendations
- Communicate complex design and configuration issues effectively to end users and project stakeholders
- Maintain post-engagement relationships with end-user leadership and address conflicts proactively
- Participate in strategic discussions, providing insights and options for decisions
- Ensure adherence to standard system configuration and change control processes
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in application design and configuration
- Collaborate with teams to standardize best practices across workflows and processes
- Coordinate code changes with vendors regarding financial and application issues
- Work with the Technical Team to identify infrastructure-related application issues
- Share vendor best practices with Operational Leaders
- Continuously enhance knowledge of assigned applications and their infrastructure relationships
- Act as a liaison among business operations, IT, system users, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Follow strict change management processes and validation for system modifications
- Deliver consistent and thorough documentation for end users and leadership
- Actively communicate issues and concepts to project leadership
- Regularly self-assess and refine personal skills and work habits
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents independently
- Maintain high standards of quality in work output
- Provide feedback and oversight on team design and configurations
- Manage medium complexity projects and requests proactively
- Evaluate new application releases and functionalities in a timely manner
- Complete assigned educational courses within designated tools or attend in-person presentations
- Ensure services contribute to the overall mission of the department
- Escalate issues when service level agreements are not met
- May require travel and additional hours for critical issues
- Assist in training sessions for users and coworkers
- Seek new opportunities while maintaining a proactive attitude
- Perform additional duties as assigned
