Application System Analyst Lead - HB/PB

- Lead and coordinate efforts and content within designated focus areas - Act as the primary contact during implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization - Serve as an escalation point for the focus area regarding support and optimization of team activities - Provide leadership to ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes to end-users and stakeholders - Ensure adherence to quality standards by team members - Leverage expert-level application knowledge to achieve customer goals and set standards - Influence operational and clinical project outcomes effectively - Coach team members to use experimental approaches for problem-solving - Inspire innovative problem-solving beyond standard practices - Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical/business operations and workflows - Prepare clear, organized project status reports for stakeholders - Coordinate team efforts to gather information and prepare consistent reporting - Escalate issues appropriately within the organizational hierarchy - Conduct process and requirement analysis, including documentation of plans and stakeholder analysis - Build strong business relationships with client administrators based on trust - Identify and resolve potential conflicts or roadblocks - Organize and distribute workload to ensure deliverable alignment with customer expectations - Mentor analysts and facilitate cross-training among team members - Proactively address issues or concerns regarding service expectations - Stay informed of relevant software updates, including Epic release notes and documentation - Analyze and communicate complex design and configuration concepts independently - Collaborate with compliance teams to design effective system processes - Serve as a customer liaison to understand and communicate business needs - Lead focus area workgroups, ensuring oversight of related processes - Manage communication effectively among application teams - Develop internal and external communications articulating project strategies - Provide constructive coaching to enhance self-awareness among team members - Deliver high-quality design and configuration outputs for executive review - Manage sensitive projects throughout their lifecycle - Collaborate with team members to assign tasks and provide guidance - Maintain documentation on system processes and features to gain efficiency - Pursue professional development through reading and workshops - Lead coordination efforts for significant vendor changes across applications - Travel as needed to perform duties and be available beyond regular hours during critical issues - Proactively plan and manage projects and tasks across applications - Perform additional duties as assigned
