Requirements

Must:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems. - Ability to present complex data in clear and meaningful ways, such as charts and graphs. - Adaptability to implement changes effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities. - Team-oriented mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent customer service abilities. - Highly effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong working relationships and encourage effective teamwork. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. - 1+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems. - Capable of resolving minor to moderate incidents with guidance. - Ability to develop new functionalities under direction. - Relevant certifications in the area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: Certification or proficiency in assigned Epic module is required within 6 months of hire. - Must maintain current certifications through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

- Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and business processes to meet operational and technical needs. - Collaborate across projects with other teams. - Think critically and propose practical solutions to challenges. - Communicate interdependencies with project leaders to ensure quality design and configuration. - Apply a fundamental understanding of information technology, including systems and applications. - Regularly utilize application training and resources effectively. - Clearly articulate customer needs and expectations. - Document business processes and workflows accurately and share with project teams and stakeholders. - Maintain an understanding of department operations and environments. - Provide organized status reports on key project areas for stakeholder communication. - Conduct basic process and requirements analysis, including mapping processes and gathering specifications for root cause analysis. - Offer recommendations based on current and projected data for assigned applications. - Perform gap analysis and suggest enhancements. - Follow up consistently with end users regarding issues and needs. - Ask insightful questions to understand end-user challenges. - Research various solutions when issues present significant risk to operations. - Participate in strategy discussions by identifying options with their pros and cons. - Abide by organizational standards for system configuration and change management. - Demonstrate technical proficiency in applications and design workflows independently. - Develop strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners. - Work in collaboration with Operational Leaders to optimize workflow processes and ensure alignment across all departments. - Coordinate with vendors regarding financial and business application issues. - Work with the Technical Team to address infrastructure-related application issues. - Share best practices recommended by vendors with Operational Leaders. - Serve as a bridge between business operations, IT, users, and vendors to resolve issues within project frameworks. - Follow strict change management protocols to ensure system changes are approved, tested, and validated. - Produce well-documented work requiring minimal revisions and gain the trust of requesters and project teams. - Recognize personal skills and behaviors to manage work efficiently and respond positively to feedback. - Independently troubleshoot and resolve minor incidents and requests. - Complete tasks with attention to detail and high quality. - Conduct self-reviews before task completion to ensure quality. - Manage low to medium complexity projects/requests efficiently. - Collaborate with team as necessary and complete any required training courses promptly. - Ensure that services provided align with the departments primary mission. - Ensure vendors adhere to agreed SLAs and processes. - May require travel and additional hours during critical issues. - Actively seek new opportunities and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. - Perform other duties as assigned.
