Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

- Over 7 years of experience in Python development, specializing in the creation of scalable backend services - At least 3 years of practical experience with FastAPI and Pydantic - Strong grasp of API design principles (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) - Proficiency in working with large language models such as GPT or Claude - Knowledge of agent frameworks like LangChain or equivalent tools - Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and natural language processing concepts - Competence in data preparation and cleaning for AI applications - Experience in developing document ingestion pipelines and knowledge bases - Understanding of embeddings and semantic search methodologies - Experience deploying applications on AWS (including Bedrock, ECS Fargate, S3) - Comfortable designing secure, scalable cloud-native systems - Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB databases - Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector - Working knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO) - Experience with identity providers like Ping Identity is advantageous - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) - Knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment strategies - Exposure to GitOps practices and secure deployment workflows - Ability to create simple, functional user interfaces using ReactJS or Streamlit - Experience in integrating with platforms like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint - Familiarity with API gateways (like Apigee) or AI gateways (e.g., Portkey) is a plus - Experience in developing enterprise AI agents or copilots - Understanding of AI governance, guardrails, and observability tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach
