Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end testing within integrated systems.
- Strong expertise in test automation with Karate for API testing and Selenium (Java) for UI automation.
- Proficient in using Rest Assured and Postman for validating RESTful services.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.) for cloud testing.
- Skilled in Test Data Management frameworks for creating and overseeing test scenarios.
- Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead testing initiatives across various teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior SDETs and QA engineers.
- Preferred: Knowledge of performance testing tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or cloud technologies are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead testing efforts for critical enterprise initiatives, ensuring quality software delivery.
- Conduct end-to-end testing across complex systems, utilizing modern tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, working alongside team members and clients.
- Manage and execute test automation strategies, focusing on API and UI testing.
- Utilize AWS services for cloud-based testing scenarios.
- Oversee the creation and management of test data and scenarios.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the testing process.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices of software testing.
