Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of overall software development expertise
- 1-2 years of practical knowledge in Java
- Familiarity with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.)
- Basic comprehension of RESTful API design and microservices principles
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or API Gateway
- Exposure to cloud-native application development
- Acquainted with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) and fundamental SQL
- Basic understanding of CI/CD practices and version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker (preferred but not mandatory)
- Acquainted with messaging systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS) or caching solutions (Redis) is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular, React, or similar) is beneficial
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to adopt new technologies
- Effective communication abilities and capacity to collaborate within a team setting
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud applications, primarily focusing on backend services
- Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Boot within AWS environments
- Support the creation of microservices-based solutions
- Help design and implement RESTful APIs
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems
- Participate in code reviews and diagnose issues
- Assist with deployments and application maintenance
- Gain hands-on experience throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Build foundational skills in cloud-native development and distributed systems
