Must:
We are looking for a creative and innovative Full Stack Developer who has at least 7 years of experience in software development. Additionally, it is essential that applicants have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years to ensure reliability clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of software development:
1. Backend Development:
- You will design and maintain backend services utilizing Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- You will manage database migrations with Flyway while ensuring transactional integrity.
- You will build RESTful APIs and integrate Kafka for a scalable event-driven architecture.
- Performance optimization will be a focus, using Redis caching, and you'll write unit tests to ensure robust code quality.
2. Frontend Development:
- Your tasks will also include developing responsive Angular (SPA) applications in collaboration with UI/UX teams, focusing on performance, scalability, and modular code design.
3. Platform & Automation:
- You will deploy applications on platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI will be part of your responsibilities, adhering to DevOps practices for automated and reliable deployments.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance:
- You will write unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend systems.
- Automated REST API testing will be performed using tools such as Playwright and Postman, collaborating with QA teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing coverage.
