Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent hands-on experience may also be taken into account.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with AI models, prompt engineering, or NLP solutions.
- Proficiency in enterprise web application development.
- Strong programming skills with at least one year of experience in Python.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT, Anthropic’s Claude, or comparable tools.
- A solid understanding of machine learning principles and model fine-tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills for conveying AI behavior and limitations.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to test and document procedures.
Responsibilities
- I will develop, test, and enhance prompts for generative AI models to achieve targeted outputs or address specific challenges.
- I will experiment with model settings and parameters (e.g., temperature, token limits) to improve performance.
- I will create automation pipelines for prompt testing and model tuning.
- I will assist in the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models using frameworks such as LangChain and OpenAI.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications, leveraging cloud platforms, particularly Azure OpenAI.
- I will keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, generative models, and machine learning technologies.
- I will document best practices and prompt libraries for reuse in various projects.
- I will work alongside teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and provide training and support to team members utilizing AI tools.
