Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trading IT
- At least 10 years of experience with OpenLink Endur v14+
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire Trading Business from deal inception to settlement
- Over 10 years in software and architecture delivery
- Proven ability to lead technical architecture, design, and standards for Commodities Trading software products
- Adept at making architecture decisions across portfolios while managing diverse opinions
- Skillful at creating pragmatic and implementable technical designs that balance risk, complexity, cost, and value
- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks and Enterprise Architecture tools
- Strong collaboration skills with at least 5 years of experience in trading environments
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of interpreting technical and business stakeholder needs
- Actively involved in Tech Lead and engineering communities
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and technical leadership throughout IT projects
- Foster collaboration and drive consensus among project teams
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders
- Serve as the primary liaison for architectural-related aspects of projects
- Integrate diverse dimensions such as business processes, data, application, and security into cohesive IT solutions
- Ensure all solution architectures are thoroughly documented using standard templates in compliance with architectural standards
- Guide designers and analysts during the design phase
- Approve detailed solution designs formally after thorough review
- Support the Lead Architect and participate in Architecture Review Board sessions as necessary
