Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions at scale.
- Proven ownership of Salesforce system architecture beyond just feature delivery.
- Experience leading offshore or geographically diverse development teams.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate trade-offs in performance, scalability, usability, and time-to-market.
- Ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements.
- Clear and concise communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Platform Developer I and II, and Architecture certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and complete system design of Salesforce solutions.
- Convert ambiguous business objectives into well-defined, scalable technical strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to shape both requirements and solution direction.
- Mentor and lead offshore and distributed Salesforce development teams.
- Establish and uphold technical standards, ensuring code quality and architectural consistency.
- Review designs and implementations with a focus on long-term maintainability and system health.
- Identify risks early on and implement practical mitigation strategies.
- Remain hands-on when necessary to resolve obstacles in delivery or to validate approaches.
