Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at scale
- Proven ownership of Salesforce system architecture beyond simple feature delivery
- Experience leading offshore and/or distributed development teams
- Strong ability to assess trade-offs related to performance, scalability, usability, and time-to-market
- Comfortable navigating incomplete or evolving requirements
- Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Product-driven mindset focusing on user outcomes and system impact
- Independent and self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities
- Previous experience as a consultant, technical lead, or similar role
- Pragmatic architectural approach—capable of balancing complexity and simplicity
- Relevant certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Architecture certifications
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and system architecture of Salesforce solutions from start to finish
- Convert undefined business objectives into definitive, scalable technical strategies
- Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and guide solution development
- Mentor and lead offshore and distributed Salesforce development teams
- Set and uphold technical standards, ensuring code quality and architectural coherence
- Evaluate designs and implementations focusing on long-term system maintainability and health
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Engage hands-on when necessary to facilitate delivery or demonstrate patterns
Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead for a contract role to take charge of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in a dynamic and complex environment. This position allows for hybrid remote work in Wall Street, NY, offering a competitive pay rate of $65.00 - $80.00 per hour.
