Requirements
Must:
- We prefer a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- We require 7 or more years of relevant professional experience with hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance configuration.
- We need deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, Fiori, and associated SAP solutions.
- We expect at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- We look for strong functional knowledge of Plant Maintenance and Asset Management business processes.
- We value familiarity with system capabilities, operational workflows, and business operations.
- We seek experience in business test planning and coordination.
- We prefer candidates with change management experience, including participation in change board activities.
- We require excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong organization and time management skills.
- We want someone who can quickly learn, apply business knowledge, and use it to improve solutions, processes, and IT service alignment with business goals.
- We need the ability to establish, interpret, and maintain internal control processes and procedures.
- We look for a self-starter with creative and critical thinking skills who can work effectively across business and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- We lead SAP S/4HANA solutions through the full lifecycle, from concept and design to go-live and ongoing support.
- We partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and shape practical, innovative solutions.
- We translate functional and technical needs into clear requirements for development teams.
- We provide reporting and data visualizations that help leaders make better business decisions.
- We drive projects end to end in collaboration with IT Security, Infrastructure, business owners, and vendors while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- We ensure deliverables follow project management standards and communicate progress regularly and clearly.
- We help shape the direction of future business systems through product selection and evaluation activities.
- We define quality assurance scope and strategy to keep business systems reliable and up to date.
- We manage project and enhancement operations, including resource tracking, documentation, status updates, issue management, and change control.
- We monitor the health of business systems, track issues, and coordinate across functions to resolve problems.
- We lead the transformation of Plant Maintenance from legacy platforms to SAP S/4HANA and oversee associated data migration.
- We manage Plant Maintenance master data and advise on master data governance practices.
- We deliver end-user training and support for Plant Maintenance and maintain process documentation, system design records, and training materials.
- We act as the primary contact for Plant Maintenance issues, enhancements, and integration points with related SAP modules.
- We collaborate on the design, implementation, testing, and support of integrated tools such as GE Meridium, Oracle Primavera P6, Tableau, and Azure Data Lake.
- We establish and maintain internal controls, ensure procedures are followed, identify control gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
