Requirements
Must:
- We prefer a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- We require 7+ years of relevant professional experience with hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance configuration.
- We need deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, Fiori, and connected SAP solutions.
- We require at least one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- We look for strong knowledge of plant maintenance and asset management business processes.
- We value familiarity with system capabilities and day-to-day business operations.
- We expect experience in business test planning and coordination.
- We want candidates with exposure to change management and participation in change board activities.

Responsibilities
- We lead solutions through the SAP S/4HANA lifecycle, from initial concept through go-live and ongoing support.
- We partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and design inventive solutions.
- We translate business and functional needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- We provide data visualizations and reporting that support informed decision-making.
- We coordinate and lead projects with IT Security, Infrastructure, business owners, and vendors while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
- We ensure deliverables follow project management standards and communicate progress clearly and regularly.
- We help shape the future of our business systems through product selection and evaluation.
- We define quality assurance scope and strategy to keep our systems current and dependable.
- We manage project and enhancement activities, including resource tracking, documentation, status updates, issue management, and change controls.
- We assess the health of our business systems through issue tracking and cross-functional coordination.
- We lead the SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance transformation from legacy platforms and oversee data migration.
- We manage Plant Maintenance master data and advise on governance practices.
- We provide end-user training and support for Plant Maintenance.
- We develop and maintain functional design documents, business process documentation, and training materials.
- We serve as the primary contact for Plant Maintenance issues, enhancements, and integration with related SAP modules.
- We collaborate on the design, implementation, testing, and support of integrated systems such as GE Meridium, Oracle Primavera P6, Tableau, and Azure Data Lake.
- We establish and maintain internal control procedures within the department.
- We ensure required controls are followed and work with Internal Controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- We implement corrective actions to strengthen internal controls when needed.
