Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, particularly with Oracle PIF/P6.
- Strong understanding of Oracles Primavera P6 and SAP systems.
- Proven business process knowledge with SAP S4.
- Familiarity with PIF/P6 system capabilities and business operations.
- Experience in business test planning and coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Openness to learning about SAP if not already experienced.
- Understanding of Role Identity and Role Access in PIF and P6 is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT functional advisor for scheduling initiatives, bridging CF Industries business teams and IT for Primavera P6 and SAP integration.
- Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure accurate data mapping and assess impacts of configuration changes.
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and offer innovative scheduling and reporting solutions.
- Provide functional and technical requirements to development teams.
- Support decision-making through insightful data visualizations and reporting.
- Oversee projects in partnership with IT Security, Infrastructure, Business Owners, and Vendors.
- Ensure projects are managed according to Project Management methodology and provide regular status updates.
- Contribute to the selection and evaluation of business systems and products.
- Assist in defining the IT Roadmap and scheduling strategies.
- Ensure PIF and P6 Systems remain current and reliable.
- Manage operational activities for projects, including resource monitoring and documentation preparation.
- Address issues and enhancements related to P6 integration with SAP.
- Guide the development of reporting strategies that utilize multiple systems for data integrity.
- Manage day-to-day operations of scheduling systems and oversee Disaster Recovery for PIF and P6.
