Requirements
Must:

- 10-15 years of experience in data processing
- A minimum of 5 years in application development
- Strong capabilities in design, programming, and technical leadership

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in property & casualty insurance is highly preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of proprietary business applications
- Architect and maintain complex data processing and database systems
- Manage multiple software projects, overseeing scope, schedules, and priorities

- Identify and implement technical and process improvements for enhanced security and efficiency
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development staff
- Ensure data security and compliance during the application design process
- Establish development standards, testing methodologies, and best practices
- Conduct system reviews, design walkthroughs, and code reviews
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, including AI applications
- Prepare and present status reports and updates for senior leadership
