Requirements
Must:
- 8-12+ years of experience in data engineering within cloud-native environments
- Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, and modern ELT frameworks
- Proven capability to design and implement scalable, governed, and secure enterprise data architectures
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams
- Demonstrated experience in building platforms rather than just projects
- Familiarity with identity/access governance and compliance-driven architectures is a plus
- Exposure to ML feature stores or AI model deployment frameworks is preferred
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade data pipelines utilizing Snowflake, dbt, FiveTran, Kafka, and emerging technologies
- Automate and scale data flows throughout the enterprise to ensure high reliability and performance
- Create self-service data access patterns that align with business workflows and analytics requirements
- Transform business objectives into robust data models that facilitate confident decision-making
- Govern metric lineage, maintain quality standards, and ensure semantic consistency across various domains
- Prepare data for AI integration by ensuring it is clean, reliable, and features are well-defined
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to prioritize and execute data initiatives that generate measurable value
- Synthesize product usage, customer insights, and financial performance into cohesive insights
- Support closed-loop planning and performance cycles through timely and accurate data delivery
- Mentor engineers and analysts, nurturing a culture centered on data excellence
- Represent Data Engineering in enterprise architecture and strategy discussions
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, governance, and innovation while adhering to core principles such as human-centric enablement and trusted data governance
