Requirements
Must:
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, particularly JavaScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL fundamentals.
- Experience or comfort with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to version control systems (preferably Git) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with APIs or system integrations is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a responsible manner is favorable.
- Internship, coursework, or project experience in software development is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal applications and system integrations.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to help generate, refine, and validate technical solutions based on specified system requirements and data structures.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and alignment with business and technical standards.
- Write, test, and debug fundamental code, primarily using JavaScript.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature development under the guidance of senior developers.
- Adhere to coding standards, documentation practices, and version control procedures.
- Collaborate with relational databases to query, insert, and update data utilizing SQL.
- Manipulate and validate structured data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and basic data integrity checks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and engage in root-cause analysis.
- Pose thoughtful questions, research solutions, and apply feedback to enhance work quality.
- Continuously develop technical skills through practical experience, documentation, and training.
