Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Proficient in managing Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security solutions (Defender, Sophos, CrowdStrike)
- Experience with email security systems (Proofpoint, Darktrace)
- Familiarity with Azure and Hyper-V administration
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery (Rubrik)
- Admin-level skills in networking (Ubiquiti, Cradlepoint, DNS, MX management)
- Proven ability to operate across multiple IT domains (endpoint management, identity, infrastructure, security)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the device lifecycle, ensuring compliance and automation through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Manage Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID with a focus on Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures
- Ensure robust email security protocols are in place
- Administer light-to-moderate Azure and Hyper-V environments
- Lead backup and disaster recovery initiatives using Rubrik
- Handle administrative-level networking tasks and configurations
- Collaborate with IT leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives and improvements
