Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in security operations, incident response, or endpoint security
- Practical expertise with:
- CrowdStrike (or similar EDR solutions)
- Splunk (or other SIEM platforms)
- Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access
- Proficient in vulnerability management and patching
- Familiarity with security frameworks (CIS Controls or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues swiftly in a dynamic setting
- Experience in regulated environments (biotech, life sciences, healthcare, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of compliance-driven security methodologies is desirable
Responsibilities
- Monitor and address SIEM alerts and security dashboards using Splunk
- Investigate and resolve escalations related to EDR/antivirus using CrowdStrike
- Support day-to-day security operations across both endpoints and user environments
- Assist with auditing weak passwords and enhancing identity security
- Manage and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, focusing on high-risk issues
- Upgrade and secure outdated or unsupported operating systems
- Enforce and troubleshoot Entra ID & Conditional Access policies
- Contribute to secure access initiatives, such as Global Secure Access
