Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management solutions, particularly SSO and MFA
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Familiarity with email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, and phishing defenses
- Knowledge of Group Policy, DNS, and domain-level configurations
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks
- Experience diagnosing enterprise IT challenges and resolving outages
- Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Experience with identity platforms like Okta (preferred)
- Familiarity with security and vulnerability management tools including Tenable (preferred)
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions such as SentinelOne (preferred)
- Experience in supporting complex enterprise environments across multiple locations (preferred)
- Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and associated collaboration platforms
- Administer user accounts, mailboxes, access permissions, and licensing management
- Set up and maintain email security measures, transport regulations, and mail flow settings
- Develop and implement identity solutions via Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on SSO and MFA
- Integrate third-party applications for authentication and access management
- Manage Group Policy, DNS settings, and overarching domain security configurations
- Assist with Active Directory integrations and automate user lifecycle management through PowerShell
- Monitor for phishing threats and enact protective measures such as SPF, DKIM, and email security standards
- Troubleshoot system outages and performance challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance systems and implement integration for AI-driven tools
- Oversee patch management and system updates across various environments, including virtualization
- Support and maintain security applications, including Tenable and endpoint protection solutions
- Assist in securing infrastructure elements, including certificate management and security port configurations
