Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Address client support requests through phone, email, and remote assistance tools
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, applications, the internet, and more
- Efficiently manage support tickets, ensuring they are tracked and resolved
- Document your work clearly for the benefit of the team
- Communicate technical solutions in a straightforward manner, avoiding jargon
- Collaborate closely with our supportive team; were all about helping one another

This role is full-time and in-person at our new headquarters in South Knoxville.
