Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in PC hardware, laptops, peripherals, and printers
- Skilled in Active Directory administration
- Knowledgeable in Exchange administration
- Experienced with network switches and firewalls
- Competent in Linux administration
- Understanding of network architectures, protocols, and services (including file sharing, domain services, web services, VMWare, RSA multifactor)
- Experience in building, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting operating systems and applications (Windows 11, Windows Server, Rocky Linux, Redhat Linux)
- Familiar with NIST and CMMC requirements
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end-users
- DOD 8570 Certification is a must
Responsibilities
- Maintain, upgrade, and provide support for Windows and Linux operating systems in an Active Directory network environment
- Diagnose and promptly resolve technical issues
- Offer comprehensive system support for printers, monitors, and related peripherals
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionality
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards
