Systems Engineering Manager

- Lead and develop the system engineering team - Plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects while coordinating relevant programs and activities - Ensure that all engineering activities comply with customer specifications and quality standards - Facilitate timely coordination and approval of engineering changes (EC) based on customer requirements - Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss engineering status - Collaborate with various departments to resolve challenges and issues - Assess project feasibility by analyzing technologies, resources, and supply chains - Monitor project progress and recommend resource allocation as required - Develop staff and maintain technical competencies within the team - Set evaluation criteria to measure departmental performance and effectiveness - Align departmental objectives with corporate goals through regular review - Organize engineering programs and assign project staff based on project needs and capabilities - Work with team members to troubleshoot engineering issues - Generate reports on departmental metrics and performance - Drive continuous improvement in processes and quality for effectiveness and profitability - Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees - Adhere to all policies maintaining the security of the Companys Information Assets and those of clients
