Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary - At least one year of experience in a medical office or front office environment - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred - Ability to operate a motor vehicle, with valid insurance and drivers license - Must successfully pass Level I and Level II background checks

- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients - Provide professional and confidential support to patients - Collect, process, and post patient payments accurately, including co-pays and outstanding balances - Verify and update patient insurance details and eligibility at check-in - Clearly explain billing policies, insurance coverage, and patient financial responsibilities - Ensure adherence to federal and state billing regulations and clinic policies - Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management Team to resolve discrepancies in payments - Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing follow-ups for any missing payments - Address patient inquiries related to billing, insurance, and payment promptly - Assist with various front desk duties, including answering phones and managing paperwork
