Turnaround Track Admin

- Act as the primary liaison between procurement and the Turnaround execution team to guarantee that all contracts are implemented according to bid specifications - Formulate badge strategies and accountability plans for each Turnaround, ensuring compliance with safety measures - Assist in generating service requests, tracking costs, and executing accurate invoicing for all labor, materials, and equipment used in North American turnarounds - Calculate daily contractor hours and address any discrepancies promptly - Create and upload financial data for cost objects and manage new vendor work schedules in accordance with site protocols - Generate daily reports to monitor vendor compliance and conduct regular audits of track data - Mentor and onboard vendor timekeepers and team members, providing necessary training and support - Authorize costs upon verification and facilitate invoice distribution to vendors - Oversee the closure process for assigned outages, ensuring balanced invoicing and collaborating with procurement teams - Deliver daily reports to the outage team, summarizing essential metrics for informed decision-making
