Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in help desk or IT support positions. - A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with help desk software and ticketing systems. - Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Solid organizational skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with Salesforce-based applications is advantageous (preferred).

Responsibilities

- Provide initial support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues associated with the new Salesforce-based application. - Log and monitor support requests, ensuring all problems are documented and resolved promptly. - Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support or specialized teams as needed. - Maintain comprehensive records of support requests and their resolutions. - Effectively communicate with users to comprehend their concerns and deliver clear and concise solutions. - Assist in training users on the new application and offer guidance on best practices. - Monitor application performance and report any recurring issues or patterns. - Collaborate closely with the Help Desk Lead and team members to ensure high levels of user satisfaction and support quality.

The pay range for this position is $28 - $38 per hour (USD), and may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
