Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Ionic Framework and cross-platform mobile application development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate
- Expert knowledge of Angular 18 and contemporary frontend development methodologies
- Experience with Oracle 19c database design, optimization, and administration
- Proven success in leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Knowledge of REST API design and integration best practices
- Experience using Maven build tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of NLP technologies, GPS services, and mobile device functionalities
- Familiarity with security testing tools (Coverity) and accessibility compliance (WAVE)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical resources and activities across mobile development, backend services, and database teams for smooth operations
- Provide architectural guidance on Ionic Framework, Angular 18 integration, and Bootstrap UI design patterns
- Lead technical design discussions to ensure compliance with architecture standards for Spring Boot microservices and Oracle 19c database design
- Oversee the integration of Miovision API for real-time traffic data and ensure optimal API performance
- Guide the implementation of voice interaction features utilizing NLP technology and haptic feedback mechanisms
- Establish and enforce coding standards, security measures, and performance optimization strategies
- Review and endorse technical designs for GPS-based location services and multilingual audio output capabilities
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development team members
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across mobile frontend, Java backend, and database layers
- Ensure adherence to security requirements using Coverity and accessibility standards with WAVE testing tools
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and Project Manager to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage technical debt while suggesting technology enhancements and optimizations
