- Demonstrated ability to complete assignments, track progress, and manage risks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on nurturing trusted connections.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting in Newark, Delaware, dedicated to meeting organizational demands.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and updating communication strategies, training resources, and stakeholder databases.
- Identify and communicate potential challenges and risks, ensuring prompt solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors, PMO team members, clients, and OCM staff to deliver OCM outputs and initiatives.
- Fulfill responsibilities to ensure effective communication, training, education, and project execution while adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Support the implementation of OCM strategies, including the Change Champion Network, to enhance business processes and technology modernization.
- Ensure that tasks are aligned with the objectives, culture, and strategy of CAI and the client organization.
- Contribute to the establishment of short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and carry out tasks to achieve set targets.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration with clients, PMO, vendors, and colleagues to facilitate transformative projects.
- Maintain professionalism, embrace accountability, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aiding in the adoption of new processes and technologies.
