Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Salesforce projects
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams within a PMO framework
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features and constraints
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust to evolving project demands
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the product release team to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Collaborate efficiently with clients and implementation partners to gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to guarantee all project goals are met
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, which includes requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Analyze and enhance business processes to maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices
- Organize regular meetings with stakeholders to offer project updates and collect feedback
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality assurance standards
